Development and application of oil well dosing device

for a long time, Dagang Petroleum Administration Bureau has used cement truck, boiler truck or single well dosing pump to add various chemicals to the production oil wells. Its main disadvantage is that before using cement truck and boiler truck to inject chemical agents into the oil well, it usually needs to go through hot washing first, and then add a large amount of agents at one time. For remote wells without water injection energy supplement in peripheral oilfields or deep low-energy oil wells with ineffective water injection, well flushing will not only kill the formation, damage the oil layer, affect oil well production, but also cause a waste of chemical agents, resulting in higher oil production costs. The single well dosing pump is limited by the high casing pressure, which is not durable, heavy workload and high maintenance cost. In order to improve this situation and increase the economic benefits of oil production, we have successfully developed an oil well dosing device. Field application shows that it is a device with simple structure, convenient adjustment of filling speed, no need of electricity and external power, strong adaptability and long service life, which is convenient for loading, unloading, exchanging and sending oil wells for inspection to inject chemicals. The device has applied for the national utility model patent with the patent number of 982. Guochuan electronics has continuously increased its market opening efforts with advanced technology and high-end products 18119.1. 1 basic structure and working principle 1.1 basic structure oil well dosing device is mainly composed of funnel, shell, balance pipe, restrictor and connector. At this time, close the vent valve and funnel valve, and then open the casing valve to form a pressure balance system between the device and the oil jacket annular space of the oil well. The agent will continuously flow into the annular space of the oil well casing through the regulator depending on the potential energy. After the agent is used up, close the casing valve, open the vent valve and funnel valve, and then add the agent into the shell to make the dosing work continue, so as to achieve the purpose of dosing the oil well. 2 field test and promotion 2.1 field test we have installed oil well dosing devices in well Qi 119, well Qi 119-1 and well Qi 119-4, which are high wax oil wells without water injection energy supplement in the remote block of Dagang wangxuzhuang oilfield, and conducted field test on filling tc-951 chemical paraffin remover produced by Dagang Changhong chemical plant to verify the performance of the dosing device. During the test, the design of the injection device was improved according to the actual situation of the mine, the support legs were added at the bottom of the device, and the support legs with different heights were designed according to the height of the wellhead, so that the bottom was not suspended after it was connected with the wellhead. The field test shows that the chemical paraffin remover can be successfully injected into the dosing device. The adjustment of dosing speed can be realized by replacing nozzles with different diameters, which can make full and effective use of the role of chemical agents. There is no well killing and reservoir damage, and it is not limited by high casing pressure and environment. The filling operation is convenient, compact, safe and reliable. 2.2 popularization and application ~, the oil well dosing device has been popularized and applied in 17 deep low-energy and high wax containing pumping wells in wangxuzhuang oilfield, Dagang. At present, these devices are intact and can smoothly inject chemical paraffin remover and inhibitor into the oil well. All achieved the expected purpose. a) It ensures the production efficiency of the oil well and indirectly increases the production. The high wax content pumping wells in wangxuzhuang oilfield are mainly concentrated in block 119, 41 and 50. The characteristics of oil well production are: low dynamic liquid level, low formation energy, insufficient liquid supply, low water cut and low liquid production. Before the application of the oil well dosing device, the cement truck has been used to hot wash the well, and then a large amount of chemical paraffin remover and inhibitor have been added at one time. During hot washing, water is poured back into the oil layer, the efficiency of hot washing is low, and the recovery of normal production of oil wells is slow after well washing. Even some oil wells do not produce liquid within 3 ~ 5 days, and the phenomenon of "fake death" occurs in oil wells (such as well Qi 119 and well Qi 25-29), which seriously affects production. After using the oil well dosing device, by adding tc-9) 51 chemical paraffin remover and inhibitor, most low water cut oil wells avoid the pollution caused by water pouring back into the oil layer during hot washing, and there is no production recovery stage, realizing the continuous production of oil wells. b) It ensures the normal production of the oil well, reduces the number of operations, and prolongs the pump inspection cycle of the oil well. It reflects the ability of the material to shrink and deform. The application of the oil well dosing device combined with the injection of chemical paraffin remover and inhibitor greatly reduces the phenomenon of wax stuck and blocked, reduces the labor intensity of workers, and saves operating costs. For example, well Qi 23-29 has low water content, high wax content and low liquid production, and its pump inspection cycle is only 30 days. After installing the oil well dosing device, the chemical paraffin remover and inhibitor were regularly injected. Until the normal production of more than 100 days, there was no wax jam and wax blockage, which extended the pump inspection cycle of the oil well. c) The oil layer is protected and the damage to the oil layer caused by frequent well flushing is avoided. 3 economic benefits and social benefits 3.1 economic benefits compared with hot washing paraffin removal, the economic benefits of injecting chemical paraffin remover and inhibitor into oil well dosing device are significant. After installing the oil well dosing device, the average dosing cycle of a single well in wangxuzhuang oilfield is 10 days, with a dosage of 65kg each time, 36 times a year, and an annual dosage of 65 × 36=2.34t。 Chemical paraffin remover and inhibitor ¥ 5100 yuan/t, annual reagent cost 2.34 × 5100= ¥ 11934. The cost of each set of oil well dosing device is ¥ 4000, totaling ¥ 15934. Before installing the oil well dosing device, the average daily oil production of a single well in wangxuzhuang oilfield is 4.8t, the average hot washing cycle of a single well is 45d, the annual hot washing of a single well is 8 times, each time the hot washing fee is ¥ 1800, and the annual hot washing fee of a single well is 8 × 1800= ¥ 14400; It takes 3 ~ 5D for the oil well to recover after one hot wash.
